You really just have to know/ remember that moving will make you feel better despite how good continuing to sit around seems. Don't even think about it too much, just go.
This is what I need to do most days after work. Even when I REALLY feel like staying sedantary is what my body wants, doing some sort of movement makes me feel so much better every single time. And I still have to fight the urge to sit even though I know that.
